Once a clever man interviewed the Duke of Wellirgton. He said, "My lord! I have invented a bullet proof coat. It will be a boon for soldiers, for it will save many a precious life." The Duke examined the coat carefully but failed to find any peculiarity in it. "You may put it on," said he to the inventor, "And let me see for myself, if it really stops a bullet" The duke then went into fetch his gun. But when he returned with that, he found the man missing. He thought that the inventor had supposed the coat to be good for other people, but not for himself.
