A policeman is an important member of society . He is the portector of our life and property. He is responsible for keeping peace and order in the country.
He also controls the traffic. He has to be on his job for long hours. We see him wherever we go. He is a friend and helper of the law-abiding citizens.
But he is terror5 for the law breakers. His duty is very hard and dangerous. Some¬times he has to arrest7 the robbers8 at the risk of his own life.
Sometimes he loses his life while fighting with the lawbreakers. He is also present at Railway station, cinemas, bus stands and other public place.
He is on patrol I duty at night to look after our property. Pakistani policemen are educated. They are polite and well behaved. We are proud of our police.
