Essay On Visit To A Hospital . Last Sunday, I went to the hospital to see one of my close friend. He was injured in an accident and was admitted to hospital. There was a great rush of visitors during the visiting hours'. The condition of the patients in the General Ward was very miserable.
Some of the patients were crying with pain. Some were lying in their beds unconscious. They were being attended on properly. The nurses on duty were very polite and active.
They were moving from bed to bed to look after the patients. They were helping the patients in taking their medicines when and where necessary. The condition of the patients in the Emergency Ward was also very pitiable'.
Seriously ill and injured patients were being carried to this ward. I stayed there for some time. I saw for the first time a tragic and real aspect of life. Every body, in the hospital, was repenting his sins and imploring the Almighty to have mercy on him.
The condition of my friend was out of dangers. He was recovering6rapidly. I returned home with sad mood. The miserable scenes and sights of the suffering of the patients are still in my mind. I always pray for the restoration8 of the health of all the patients.
The visit to hospital taught me the lesson of humility which I could not have understood otherwise.
